ビーチヨガ開催致します。

 

【場所】葉山 森戸海岸

JR逗子駅・京急新逗子駅から「海岸回り葉山一色行き」バス20分ほど。
バス停　森戸神社にて下車
神社に進む道から、右に曲がってそのまま森戸海岸へ。
オレンジの大きな旗を掲げてお待ちしています。

【時間】
9月18日　16:00〜17:30　90分クラス

【参加費】無料

【対象】どなたでも！！

【持ち物】動きやすい服装、水分、

ビニールシート、大きめのバスタオル、ヨガマットなど下に敷くもの。

※砂浜になりますので、汚れても良いものをご持参ください。
※ビニールシートお勧めです。100均にあるような物で大丈夫です。
